Workers' Compensation Defense Associate Attorney

Experienced in workers' compensation defense and wondering what your next move could look like?
Aligned Talent Acquisition is always looking to connect with attorneys experienced in employer-side workers' compensation defense and workplace injury claims .
I work primarily with Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms , but I also frequently partner with small and midsize firms, respected regional firms, and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets.
Experience That May Be a FitRepresenting employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators .
Handling contested workers' compensation claims and administrative proceedings.
Preparing for hearings, depositions, and appeals.
Advising clients on claim strategy, exposure, and settlement.
Managing active caseloads and communicating with claims professionals.
Not currently practicing at an Am Law firm? I'd still love to hear from you! I welcome attorneys from specialized workers' compensation practices and firms of all sizes.
