Customer Service Representative (Temp-to-Hire)

• Starting pay : $18.50 - $19.50 per hour

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to support daily office operations in a fast-paced professional environment. This position is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by assisting clients through phone, email, and online ordering systems. The successful candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with orders
• Answering inbound and outbound customer calls
• Responding to customer inquiries by phone, email
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer service and support

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and email proficiency
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required

• Monday through Friday
• Regular hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Overtime may be required as needed
