Senior Digital Marketing Specialist The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and tracking the digital marketing strategy for Tennessee Oncology. The role plans, builds, and implements digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, using organic search, email marketing, social media, and other platforms to increase awareness and engagement. Job Summary Develop and maintain digital marketing programs that support brand awareness and patient engagement. Manage content creation, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media, and internal communications to drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing programs across website, email, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO). Build engagement on primary social channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Plan, execute, and optimize omni‑channel campaigns, including paid search, display, and social advertising to generate digital pipeline traffic. Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, events, operations, and communications teams to coordinate, deliver, and measure campaign performance. Establish relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring campaign goals, deliverables, and budgets are met. Maintain and update website content, optimize pages for SEO, SEM, PPC, and implement enhancements with web developers to improve user experience. Track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Design memorable, shareable content that drives genuine engagement across digital platforms. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on campaign analytics. Coach and train internal stakeholders on digital marketing tools and best practices. Draft copy for emails, social media posts, website landing pages, and digital ads aligned with brand tone. Assist in podcast and video content development, including scripting and basic storyboarding. Organize creative projects such as testimonial videos, explainer content, or social series. Repurpose long‑form content into digestible clips, quotes, or visual posts. Maintain a monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Create branded visuals using Canva or Adobe templates for digital and print use. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Advanced knowledge of SEO and ability to manage organic search campaigns. Expert level knowledge of WordPress CMS, HTML, and CSS for content editing and landing page creation. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Solid understanding of data privacy regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Exceptional attention to detail, prioritization, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
