Part-Time | Work Location: In-Person Overview Smile more Orthodontics, a growing orthodontic, is seeking an outgoing, organized, and results-driven Referral Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for strengthening referral relationships, supporting local marketing initiatives, and promoting continued practice growth through community outreach and provider engagement. The ideal candidate is highly personable, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. Requirements Primary Responsibilities Referral Development & Marketing • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, dental offices, and community partners through regular communication and in-person outreach. • Coordinate and conduct referral visits, lunch-and-learn presentations, networking meetings, and community engagement events. • Travel locally to referring offices, networking events, and community outreach opportunities to support relationship development and practice growth. • Develop strategic referral and marketing initiatives to support patient acquisition and practice growth. • Manage communication between the practice and referral sources to ensure exceptional service and partnership satisfaction. • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and brand awareness strategies. • Coordinate and manage internal and external events, including educational meetings, office promotions, and team-building activities. • Assist with management of social media presence, website updates, online reputation management, and digital marketing initiatives. • Develop customized referral growth strategies to support provider expansion and new doctor onboarding. • Monitor referral trends and growth metrics, providing regular reporting to leadership regarding marketing effectiveness. Qualifications Education & Experience • Marketing or related field preferred but not required Technical Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools preferred. Soft Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships. • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills. • Highly detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Analytical mindset with ability to review reports and identify performance trends. • Professional, polished, and confident demeanor in both internal and external settings. Special Requirements • Must possess a valid driver’s license, maintain reliable transportation, and be willing to travel locally as needed for business development activities. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Working Conditions • Primarily freelance/remote work with regular travel to referral offices, community events, and outreach functions as needed. • Travel between practice locations and external business development meetings may be required based on organizational needs. • Fast-paced work environment requiring adaptability and multitasking Physical Requirements • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the day. • Ability to lift and carry marketing materials and office supplies up to 25 pounds. • Frequent computer and phone use required.
