Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay Rate: $70.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day shift, 3x12 Hours, 7:00-19:30
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility is able to call off once per two-week pay period
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Labor and Delivery nursing care at a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Float between like units as required

Education Requirements

• CA state RN license required (pending license not accepted)
• ACLS certification required
• BCLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Advanced AWHONN certification required
• LA Fire Card required

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience required
• First-time travelers accepted: Yes

• Total staffed beds: 377
• Charting system: Epic
• Scrub color: Any color (L&D and OR scrubs provided)
• Free parking available
• Float between like units required
• Block schedule: Per manager discretion
• RTO restrictions: RTO must be included at time of submission
• Weekend requirement: No
• On-call requirement: No
