The Quality Assurance Coordinator II is responsible for tracking, reviewing, and evaluating all processing documents accompanying the manufacturing and packaging of products. This role prepares final documents for product disposition and assists QA Leaders in monitoring support on the production floor. The QA Coordinator II reports to the Quality Leader. Key Responsibilities: On-time batch record release with 100% accuracy Independently reviews and approves batch record documentation. Investigates and documents non-conformance issues; Determines root cause and implements corrective and preventative actions. Detailed auditing. Identifies compliance gaps and develops, writes, revises, and reviews procedures. You’ll be most successful in this role if you have: Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Strong statistical skills. Strong mathematical calculation skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to report trends. In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have: Minimum 2 years of college education or equivalent experience with course work in biology or chemistry, mathematics, or related fields required. One year of experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in batch record release documentation review, QA, or equivalent. Strong investigation skills. Ability to advocate for a quality environment. These rewards -- plus our new recognition program -- ensure employees feel supported both at work and home. National Target Base Pay Range: $46,000.00 - $76,000.00. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and the New York metro, the Target Base Pay Range is $52,000.00 - $85,000.00, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas. Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications, and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. Pharmavite provides compensation for all overtime hours worked by non-exempt (hourly) employees in accordance with state and federal law. The need to work overtime hours will be determined by management, based on customer and business necessity to meet the needs of our business, Pharmavite may require employees to work overtime.
