About Us

The Cutting Edge Landscaping is a growing landscaping company based in Sparta, NJ. We provide lawn maintenance, landscape installation, and planting services for both residential and commercial clients. We take pride in delivering high-quality work and building a strong, reliable team.

What You Will Be Doing

Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns

Assisting with landscaping projects

Mulching, cleanups, and general outdoor work

Operating landscaping tools and equipment

Working as part of a team to complete daily jobs

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Additional hours available during peak season

Pay & Benefits

$18–$23/hour (based on experience)

Requirements

Ability to perform physically active work, including lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Reliable and able to consistently report to a 7:30 AM start time

Willingness to learn and follow direction

Landscaping experience is a plus, but not required

Valid driver’s license preferred
