Salary range: $105,000 - $115,000
Paid Holidays, and vacation.

ADC Management Services is seeking an experienced Lead Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to support a federal behavioral health program in Chula Vista, California.
This is a full-time, onsite leadership position providing behavioral health services to children and adolescents while also supporting the clinical team and day-to-day delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
The Lead Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist will:
Provide behavioral health support to children and adolescents in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to behavioral health team members
Support day-to-day clinical operations and coordination of services
Provide crisis intervention, assessment, and short-term behavioral health support as appropriate
Apply trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches when working with vulnerable populations
Collaborate with program leadership and multidisciplinary partners to support continuity and quality of services
Assist with clinical oversight, staff support, and operational needs
Maintain professional, ethical, and program standards in accordance with applicable requirements
Support additional behavioral health and program activities as required
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in any U.S. state or territory, including LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, Psychologist, or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory, lead, or management experience
Demonstrated experience working with children and adolescents
Experience supporting individuals impacted by trauma, crisis, and/or other vulnerable circumstances
Strong clinical judgment, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced environment
U.S. Citizenship
Ability to work onsite in Chula Vista, California
