Physical Therapist - Full-Time

Role Overview: A full-time Physical Therapist is sought to provide skilled therapy services in an inpatient and outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional outcomes. Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; make appropriate referrals. Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on their skill levels. Complete documentation compliant with departmental policies. Conduct assessments, reassessments, and consultations for physical therapy services. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master’s Degree preferred. Current Physical Therapist License required. No prior experience necessary. Additional Details The role involves managing a diverse outpatient caseload, working with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in weekend rotations.
