Job Responsibilities

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient requirements and design tailored therapy strategies to assist them in reaching their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate within Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centric care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Teach patients and caregivers effective therapy techniques for ongoing progress at home.
• Track and Record Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans to ensure continuous improvement and optimal results.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Commitment to ongoing education and post-graduate certifications is encouraged

Licensure & Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in good standing
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
