We are looking for a driven, high-performing Leasing Professional for our team.

Our Leasing Professionals are the face of our communities, welcoming customers and professionally presenting the features and benefits of the communities they serve. Their focus is customer satisfaction, and they strive to embody our motto, "A Friendly Home", by maintaining a professional courteous attitude while building relationships with co-workers, residents and our trade partners. The Leasing Consultant secures lease agreements from qualified persons and strives to make them and our current residents feel comfortable in their community by listening and responding to customer feedback. They perform all activities in the rental process, including move-in and renewals with guidance from the Property Manager. There is a high level of sales and follow up with prospective residents required in this role. This role is located in Greenwood, SC .

• Impeccable customer service and sales skills
• Self-motivated, skilled time manager
• Dependable transportation and valid drivers' license required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in sales required; property management experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with knowledge of Property Management software a plus
• High School Diploma or G.E.D required

Preferred Qualifications (but not required)

• NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional) Certificate
• Fair Housing Training
• BA in Marketing or related field
• Yardi software experience

The hours are M-F 8am-5pm (possibility of some weekend hours depending on the property and leasing demand).
