Glenmoor Country Club is a family-oriented private club and golf course centrally located in beautiful Cherry Hills Village, conveniently accessible from both I-25 and I-225. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team for the season.

This role is responsible for helping maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall appearance of the Clubhouse, pool facilities, locker rooms, and other member-facing areas throughout the property. Shift schedules may offer some flexibility depending on operational needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the Clubhouse, pool facilities, tennis areas, locker rooms, restrooms, and other common spaces
• Clean and maintain a variety of surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings using appropriate cleaning methods and supplies
• Follow all instructions regarding the safe use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies
• Assist with general housekeeping projects and seasonal cleaning tasks as assigned
• Report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns to leadership promptly
• Work cooperatively with team members and other departments to support club operations
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when interacting with members, guests, and fellow employees
• Follow all Glenmoor policies, procedures, and safety expectations

Benefits Eligibility

This seasonal part-time position is expected to average fewer than 30 hours per week and may qualify for the following benefits in accordance with club policies and plan eligibility requirements:

• Paid Sick Leave and Vacation accrual up to 48 hours annually, based on hours worked
• 401(k) Plan participation with employer match when age, tenure, and hours eligibility requirements are met

Requirements

• Strong, dependable work ethic required
• Ability to work independently and follow direction from supervisors or lead staff
• Prior housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, or club experience preferred but not required
• Ability to maintain professionalism and attention to detail in a member-focused environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout scheduled shifts
• Ability to safely use cleaning products and equipment following provided training and procedures
