Patient Care Coordinator

Job Description

Large managed care company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator with excellent customer service skills for a short-term contract position.

WORK LOCATION: 24 Newton St, Southborough, MA 01772

PAY: $19.00

CONTRACT DATES: 8/3/26 - 10/30/26

HOURS: M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

Triage patient to correct department
Check in patients for LAB or RAD work
Release orders for LAB/RAD and request orders if missing
Prepare CD of Imaging for pickup

QUALIFICATIONS

Highschool/GED or equivalent
Customer service experience in healthcare
Epic experience is preferred
