We're looking for energetic, hospitality-driven Barbacks to join our upscale casual restaurant. If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy working as part of a team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do- Support bartenders in delivering exceptional service to every guest.
- Keep the bar fully stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other supplies.
- Assist with preparing garnishes, juices, syrups, and other bar ingredients.
- Run glassware, beverages, and supplies efficiently throughout service.
- Clear and clean the bar area, service stations, and surrounding areas.
- Wash and polish glassware and maintain an organized bar throughout service.
- Assist bartenders with opening and closing duties.
- Restock inventory and communicate low-stock items to management.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar environment.
- Anticipate the needs of bartenders and guests during high-volume service.
- Work closely with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy service.
- Dependable, organized, and willing to take initiative.
- Ability to lift and carry cases of beverages and other supplies.
- Nights, weekends, and holiday availability.
