Job Summary:
The Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Baltimore, Maryland. The role involves providing specialized emergency care in a high-acuity environment, with a focus on a diverse patient population, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Candidates are required to bring their active RN license to the first day of assignment. This position requires a minimum of two years of ER experience and adherence to scheduled night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Details:

• Position: ER RN (Emergency Room Registered Nurse)
• Location: Baltimore, Maryland
• Shift: 3x12 Nights (19:00-07:30)
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0 hours
• Certifications: Active RN license in Maryland or a Compact license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI, NIHSS required; TNCC preferred
• Required Qualifications: 2 years ER experience, Maryland or Compact RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI, NIHSS certifications, minimum 2 years of ER experience, ability to work night shifts, and familiarity with EMRs (Epic, Allscripts, Meditech, Cerner).
• Additional Information: Must be comfortable floating within scope as needed and scheduled weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as per operational requirements. Must comply with vaccination policies, including flu vaccination.
• Submission Requirements: High of submissions = 1, with completed compliance documents submitted 5 days prior to start date.
• Note: Candidates with previous travel ER experience, Level I trauma experience, and teaching hospital background are highly preferred.
