The SMT Line Operator works from Standard Operating Detail (SOD) or written/verbal instructions given by the supervisor to perform production tasks. Reports to the Operation Supervisor on work progress, including any conditions surrounding failure to meet quantity or quality standards. Attends Operating Excellence Team meetings and brings recommendations for continuous improvement. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
