Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments addressing physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs
• Review patient history, diagnostics, and laboratory data; report abnormal results to physicians and appropriate caregivers in a timely manner
• Formulate, initiate, and revise individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team
• Provide Labor and Delivery care, including the ability to circulate C-sections and manage post-partum patients
• Float to Med Surg as needed
• Develop realistic, measurable patient goals that account for physical, cultural, psychosocial, spiritual, age-specific, and educational needs

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Nebraska or compact state eligibility
• Experience in Labor and Delivery, including C-section circulation and post-partum care
• Ability to float to Med Surg as required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Familiarity with discharge planning processes and documentation
• Comfort managing diverse patient populations with varying cultural and psychosocial needs
