ICU RNUnit notes radius rule: 50 miles and candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. Weekends are Saturday and Sunday. Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care. Refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract.RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Wednesdays during orientation. Open book exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated.Will not approve blocked scheduling unless it's weekends only, I can ask. They also will not take duos that want same schedule or share car. YesCommon titratable &/or set rate drips: Any cardiac drip, insulin, sedationNurse Aides: yes - based on census, will sit in 1:1s or assist on the floor as needed based on volume, Healthcare Support tech 3 days per week (M-F) 0800-1630RT Equipment (Vents, Cpap, BiPap, High Flow, etc.) Are RNs required to do anything with these besides trouble shoot? Nasal cannula to ventShifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 0630-1830, 1830-0630 // Self scheduling for core staff, travelers added in.
