Liaison Package Handler

Package Liaison HandlerLuxer One is looking for a professional, personable, organized and customer-focused individual to provide package management service to a luxury apartment building in the Menlo Park area. Come join our growing team! This service representative will help organize and maintain package reception rooms/locker systems at an apartment complex located in Menlo Park. The service rep will visit their assigned property/properties multiple times a week, and perform various duties.What You'll Do:Provide in-person support to residents having package questions/issuesLog recently-delivered packages into the property's automated package management systemDeliver packages to resident doors or in-unitOrganize packages within the room, to make it easier for residents to find their packagesIdentify aging/stale packages and prepare them to be returned to senderEmail Correspondence with on-site residents and property staffServe as a primary liaison between the property and the package management provider support teamDeliver certain packages directly to residents' doorsPerform lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management systemThis is a part-time role, but this role is also part of a new, expanding service program – with opportunities for growth as the program expands.Requirements:Professional and Interpersonal. You will be working in an upscale apartment building and will be expected to build and establish positive, friendly relationships with both property managers and residents. Access to reliable transportation (e.g. a personal car or access to Metro) Ideally, the candidate would live in the South Bay or Menlo Park area. Comfortable using technology and writing emails (you will be using a digital package management system and Gmail) Good organizational and independent problem-solving skills Must be able to work effectively in environments with varying temperatures, including heat and cold, ensuring adherence to safety protocols Ability to move and arrange packages, some of which may be bulky (up to but not exceeding 60 lbs) At least 18 years old.Benefits:You'll have opportunities to advance.
