San Bernardino, CA – Seeking Emergency Psychiatry Physicians Vituity’s ownership model provides autonomy, local control, and a national system of support, so you can focus your attention where you want it to be – on your patients. The Opportunity Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Psychiatry physicians. This opportunity is in Primary Care. Current CA state license is a plus. The Practice Adelanto Community Health Center – Adelanto, California Hesperia Health Center – Hesperia, California Ontario Health Center – Ontario, California San Bernardino Health Center – San Bernardino, California As a Federally Qualified Health Center, this site is eligible for Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). Referral resources include WIC, Dental, Psych, Nutritionist, and a MediCal case worker. Facility hours for this location are Mon‑Fri 8:30am‑5pm. Patient mix is a majority adults. 15‑18 patients per day per provider. Point of Care testing available at site; minimal labs. Compensation for part‑time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
