About the Role

You will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism using individualized programs
• Implement behavior support plans with fidelity
• Work collaboratively with BCBAs and fellow providers
• Celebrate every small win — because here, progress matters
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Current RBT certification preferred
• ⭐ Not certified yet? For committed candidates, we provide exam support to help you earn your RBT credential
• Passion for working with children
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
