As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in driving theatre performance, developing your team, and delivering exceptional guest experience.What You'll DoLead daily theatre operations, ensuring strong staff performance, smooth execution, and an exceptional guest experiencePerforming all staff positions requiredEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and all certification requirements (including alcohol service where applicable)Train, coach, and supervise team members while supporting hiring, scheduling, and performance management with GM oversightMaintain high guest satisfaction by resolving concerns quickly and professionally and supporting promotions and theatre presentationOversee financial and operational tasks including cash handling, reporting, inventory, cost control, and profitability supportManage theatre operations and facilities, including maintenance, cleanliness, projection and audio-visual systems, and overall building standardsMarketing and promotions of feature film engagements; scheduling of movie show times and the timely delivery of show times to all proper channels.What we offerHourly Rate: [Insert Rate]Medical, Dental, Vision (full-time eligible)Company paid Life and Disability insuranceSupplemental insurance options (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital)Paid time off and sick leaveHoliday pay401(k) with company match (eligible at age 21)Free movie passes and 50% off concessionsWhat We're Looking ForStrong leadership and decision-making skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and team development skillsStrong attention to detail and operational executionFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbout youAt least 3 months of supervisory experience , OR 6 months theatre experience with completion of, OREquivalent experience or demonstrated leadership potentialMust meet legal requirements for alcohol service if applicableMust complete all required Regal training and certification programsWorking knowledge of theatre operations, including projection systems, preferredAbout RegalRegal Cinemas – where movie magic meets unforgettable experiences!At Regal Cinemas, part of Regal Cineworld, each day is a celebration of everything film and entertainment.
