The role requires collaboration with business and technical teams to support a critical client project across the entire development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering sessions. Identify, confirm, and review configurations required to meet customer requirements. Document and review designs to meet customer requirements. Document and review requirements, designs, and configuration for enhancements. Create and execute manual test cases for functional testing and automation test scripts, including identification and creation of test data. Maintain quality testing standards and procedures. Participate in the coordination and execution of testing. Determine and meet time estimates and schedules for enhancement efforts. Work independently and as a team member. Lead meetings with client stakeholders. Conduct analysis on problems independently, research and recommend solutions, and execute resolution steps to address client issues. Mentor and support other Business Analysts. Required Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of ERP software experience. Experience with Jira and Confluence applications. Proven ability to track and fully document changes to business requirements (functional and system). Proven ability to clearly communicate requirements to other development team members. Strong understanding of the full SDLC lifecycle. Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to translate between business and technical concepts). Problem‑solving and analytical thinking. Ability to manage workload, multiple priorities, and conflicts with customers, employees, and managers. Desired Qualifications Experience with enterprise asset management systems. Compensation Reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 to $153,300.00.
