Key Responsibilities Perform analyses within general chemistry, hematology, coagulation, and blood group serology Collect blood samples Blood donation and processing Conduct basic microbiological analyses Participate in on‑call rotations Qualifications Norwegian authorisation as a biomedical scientist Good written and spoken Norwegian skills Personal Qualities Work accurately with a strong focus on quality – even during busy periods Take initiative and demonstrate the ability to follow through on improvements Communicate clearly and collaborate well across disciplines and roles Contribute to a positive work environment and enjoy supporting your colleagues Why join us?
