Automation Development Engineer

Automation Development Engineer will work full-time to design and implement a standardized CI/CD pipeline, formalize development infrastructure, and unify disparate automation processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities Audit and unify disparate scripts and environments into a cohesive infrastructure while establishing best practices for automation standards Develop and maintain custom Ansible collections for standardized configuration management and transition ad-hoc scripts into reusable automation Design and deploy a formal DevOps pipeline, implementing automated testing and validation gates to ensure code quality Required Qualifications Minimum Secret Clearance or ability to obtain Secret Clearance Advanced expertise in Ansible, including writing custom collections, modules, and plugins Proven experience in formalizing environments into structured configuration as code Strong professional experience in Python and JavaScript, along with Bash/Shell and PowerShell scripting Experience with CI/CD platforms, containerization, and implementing DevSecOps policies
