Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physician Opportunity

Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician. Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and be eligible for active Louisiana Medical Licensure with 3 years of clinical experience. Integrative Medicine trained physicians are encouraged to apply. We are looking for a physician to join our team and provide patients with attentive care of the highest quality, creatively incorporating prevention and wellness into all visits. The ideal candidate is an intuitive healthcare professional, passionate about developing relationships with patients, and motivated to create an unparalleled patient experience. Position Highlights:

• Collegial and multidisciplinary team of physicians and nurses to collaborate on a customized plan of care including a comprehensive wellness plan for each patient.
• Improved service to patients with a limited patient panel
• More time to focus on the needs of individuals and developing a specialized plan of care
• Call rotation shared with other 2 Concierge Health providers
• Provides one-on-one support all year long
• Helps facilitate referrals, second opinions and specialized care
