Oversee daily store opening and closing, and monitor business trends through operating statements. Manage inventory levels, ordering, and product presentation according to company standards. Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and security, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Ensure financial integrity through cash handling, cashier accountability, and security practices. Provide excellent customer service and foster a positive shopping environment. Complete documentation and oversee operational tasks efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret manuals, perform mathematical calculations, and handle cash procedures. Knowledge of inventory management, merging, and retail operations. Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience in recruiting, employee management, and legal compliance. Bilingual skills may be preferred for some locations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Management experience in retail is advantageous. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform required tasks in a fast-paced environment.
