Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Digital Marketing Executive based in Delhi, OH. The Digital Marketing Executive will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and display to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Daily responsibilities include creating and managing content for online platforms, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing metrics, and preparing reports to inform strategy. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to align marketing activities with organizational objectives, managing website updates, and supporting SEO and SEM initiatives. The Digital Marketing Executive will also stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend improvements to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates. Qualifications Strong understanding of core digital marketing concepts, including online campaign management, social media marketing, email marketing, and basic SEO/SEM practices. Ability to create and manage engaging digital content, such as social posts, website copy, and email newsletters, with solid written communication skills. Competence in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software) and interpreting key performance metrics. Good organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience in digital marketing. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
