HVAC Foreman

Job: HVAC Foreman Location: Millsap, TX Pay: $35.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM NOTE: This job is located in MILLSAP, TX and is for immediate start. Only Candidates who can travel to Millsap will be contacted by our Recruiting Team. Job Overview: We are currently hiring an experienced HVAC Foreman for a full‑time position in Millsap, TX. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and hands‑on HVAC experience who can manage a crew, oversee daily operations on‑site, and keep projects running safely and efficiently. The HVAC Foreman will be responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating installations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all work meets company and code standards. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise HVAC crews on commercial and/or industrial job sites Coordinate daily work assignments and monitor crew productivity Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and equipment Ensure work is completed according to schedule and quality standards Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide technical guidance to crew members Maintain compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies Communicate with project managers, dispatch, contractors, and clients as needed Verify materials, tools, and equipment are available for scheduled work Train and mentor apprentices and junior technicians Complete daily reports and documentation as required Requirements: Proven experience working as an HVAC Foreman or HVAC Lead Experience managing and running a field crew Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications Experience with commercial HVAC systems preferred Strong understanding of HVAC codes, safety procedures, and industry standards Ability to delegate tasks and manage workflow effectively Good communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and make decisions on‑site Valid driver's license and reliable transportation OSHA 30 certification is required Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions Work Environment: Active construction and job site environments Indoor and outdoor work Physical work including lifting, climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods What do we offer: $35.00 per hour Full‑time steady schedule Monday to Friday workweek Opportunity to work with an experienced team on various projects Apply today if you have HVAC leadership experience and are confident managing crews and keeping projects on track. #J-18808-Ljbffr
