Job Description Job Description Carpenter — $20–$30/hr | Grand Rapids, MI True North Building Group is hiring in-house carpenters to join our team. We handle a mix of residential new construction, remodels and additions, and commercial work. We're open to both entry-level carpenters who want to learn the trade and experienced hands who can hit the ground running. What you'll do Frame, finish, and everything in between on residential and commercial projects Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Work alongside a crew What we're looking for Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet in all conditions Willingness to pass a drug screen Carpentry experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person No hand tools required — we supply what you need What we offer $20–$30/hr, based on experience PTO and paid holidays Retirement plan Truck and gas allowance for qualifying employees Location: Grand Rapids and surrounding areas
