In-House Counsel for Leading PE Fund
Northbound Executive Search
Work directly with the GC of one of the largest and most prominent PE funds on a search for a stellar M&A or general corporate attorney to join as Counsel. The position involves advising on a range of transactions, regulatory issues, and day-to-day matters; partnering with investment, tax, finance, and infrastructure professionals across the firm; and managing outside counsel. The role offers substantial growth potential and extremely generous compensation and benefits. Job Responsibilities Negotiate, write, and execute agreements and contracts on behalf of the company. Offer counsel on a variety of legal issues. Advise executives within the company. Work alongside other departments within the company. Job Requirements Prior experience with PE, FIG, finance, real assets, and/or international transactions is a plus. Exceptional academic and professional experience required (i.e. top tier law school and Big Law or equivalent background).
