Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (RN-ER)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma 74136

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Direct Hire
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $33.15 – $51.39 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment. Candidates should have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status.
• Provide appropriate nursing care according to established policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge instructions.

Required Qualifications

• ADN or ASN degree from an approved nursing program.
• Valid Oklahoma RN license or multistate RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 6–12 months of RN experience; entry-level candidates are not eligible.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.

Additional Benefits

• Relocation Bonus: Up to $10,000 for eligible candidates.
• Relocation eligibility requires at least 1 year of experience and living 71 miles or more from the facility.
• A 2-year commitment is required for the relocation bonus.
• ACLS certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
