Why We Need You

The Membership team support over 30,000 active membership households, with over 25% of membership sales and the majority of our gift membership sales occurring in the months of November and December. The Temporary Membership Associate will work with the membership operations team to update and clean data, print membership cards, and provide general support during this busy period.

This is a short-term part-time (3 days a week) position with a mid-October start and expected end date of 12/31/26. All work occurs onsite at the Museum. Days of the week worked are flexible but shall be agreed on prior to start.

What You'll Accomplish

• Follow established processes to ensure data hygiene by updating records, inputting corrections, and flagging issues.
• Member card fulfillment for those requesting printed cards and gift memberships.
• Assist with in-house mailings.
• Perform other work-related duties as required by Manager.

• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented atmosphere with multiple responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong follow-through and solid organizational skills
• Proven written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with a CRM or POS system (Museum uses Salesforce and Ticketure)

Salary Range

$20—$25 USD
