Upper Lakes Foods is the largest independent, wholesale food distributor in Minnesota. The company has three facilities located in Cloquet, MN, Northfield, MN and Janesville, WI. We distribute food throughout the Upper Midwest. As a Full-Time Warehouse Selector at Upper Lakes Foods, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, expertly loading and unloading trucks, carts, and pallets to keep our products moving smoothly. Your role will involve restocking the warehouse to ensure we’re always ready to meet customer demands, all while maintaining a clean and safe environment. To thrive as a Full-Time Warehouse Selector at Upper Lakes Foods, you'll need a blend of physical stamina and technical skills. You'll regularly lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds, demonstrating your strength and agility while navigating the warehouse environment. Experience with industrial power equipment, such as powered pallet jacks and forklifts, is essential.

Familiarity with computer systems to manage incoming and outgoing orders will set you up for success. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe workspace, ensuring compliance with company safety and sanitation policies. Establishing effective relationships within the team and the wider community is key, as is the commitment to productivity standards.
