Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a Pediatric PACU specialty. The nurse will work four 10-hour shifts per week, with a day schedule. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a pediatric PACU setting. The position involves the ability to float to other units as needed. Candidates must hold a valid nursing license and current certifications in BLS and PALS. Key responsibilities include monitoring patient recovery post-surgery, administering medications, and providing discharge instructions to families. Additionally, the nurse will manage patient care equipment and assist in procedures. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a teaching hospital is preferred. Floating to other departments may occur as needed during the assignment. All necessary training and modules will be provided prior to the start of the position.
