Technical Program Manager, Operations

What to Expect This TPM will serve as the operational backbone of our Vehicle Software organization, tackling high-impact work that doesn't fit neatly into any single function. You'll build sustainable processes with managers & engineers, drive Palo Alto site projects, handle access requests, support risk & compliance audits, and deliver lightweight executive support as needed. You'll work directly with VPs, directors, and senior managers while representing the organization in both internal & external settings. This is not a typical TPM role; ideal candidates thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly, exercise strong judgement, and are energized by building operational muscle at the intersection of fast-paced strategy & execution. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
