Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain valid state licensure and adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including wearing a photo badge and presenting state or federal issued identification at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required at time of assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
• Strong documentation and communication skills
