Have you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.Requirements:10+ years of experience5+ years of insurance defense experiencePortable book of business - $300k+Previous experience in either; medmal, products liability, premises liability, etc.Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in the state you reside inResponsibilities:Manage a caseload of insurance defense cases, from initial claim evaluation to final resolution.Conduct thorough legal and factual research, and develop effective defense strategies for clients.Draft various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs to support defense strategies. xhyhwjd Handle written discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare witnesses for these proceedingsThe annual salary for this position is between 250k-400k.
