Your Mission As a Plumbing & Heating Counter Sales Associate, you'll be a pivotal part of our success story by enhancing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your efficient assistance will guide both walk‑in and telephone customers in selecting and acquiring the products they need. Daily Opportunities Include Here's a glimpse of your everyday tasks: Take orders at the counter and enter them accurately into the system. Swiftly solve customer issues or engage the right team member to resolve them. Retrieve orders from our warehouse with precision and speed. Attend product training meetings to stay in the know. Contribute to after‑hours scheduled physical inventory counts. Dive into company-sponsored sales promotions. Collaborate with other departments for swift resolution of customer service matters.
