Remote Customer Service Representative This is a Full-Time, remote position for candidates based in the United States. The salary for this position is $25 - $36 per hour, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Provide accurate and helpful information regarding our services, pricing, and scheduling. Efficiently manage and resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Schedule service appointments and coordinate with our technical teams to ensure timely service delivery. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and correspondence in our CRM system. Process service requests, forms, and applications in a timely manner. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our service. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience. Consistently represent the company’s values of honesty, dependability, and integrity in all communications. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service, client support, or a similar role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Proficiency in using CRM software and other standard office applications. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. A high degree of empathy, patience, and a customer-centric attitude. The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting. A dedicated, quiet home office space with a reliable, high-speed internet connection is required.
