Drive Your Paycheck: Accurately manage customer records, invoices, payments, and warranty details to support smooth payouts. Upsell Strategically: Identify and recommend additional maintenance and products that increase repair orders and increase commissions. Control the Service Flow: Schedule appointments, document concerns, and create accurate Repair Orders with strong cost estimates. Support Customer Transportation Needs : Verify insurance and coordinate loaner vehicles to protect CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and repeat business.
