Position Title: Table Games Assistant Shift Manager Pay Range: $95,000+ Status: Full Time Shift: Varies Monarch Casino Resort in Black Hawk is a 23-story resort with over 500 rooms, 4 restaurants, and a top spa. We are seeking a passionate Table Games Supervisor to join our team. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds guest and Team Member expectations. Responsibilities Collaborate with Table Games Shift Managers to implement and oversee strategies for customer service, comping, games layout and mix, revenue growth, and expense management to maximize profitability. Review staffing needs and adjust staffing levels to align with business demands. Support, administer, and manage operational goals and monitor performance against profit objectives for the Table Games Department. Assist in resolving team member issues and motivate staff to ensure quality service. Assist supervisors to ensure table games operations comply with company standards. Maintain an active presence on the casino floor at all times. Assist in the maintenance and processing of paperwork, logs, schedules, and communication for the Table Games department. Coordinate with other Operational departments to ensure high standards of service and safety for guests and team members. Share responsibility for the integrity of daily operations on the assigned shift. Other related duties including compliance with applicable laws and internal procedures (Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, anti-money laundering requirements, company policies, and IRS reporting). Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License. 1 year of previous dealing experience preferred. Previous supervisor experience is a plus. Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and other departments. Excellent guest service and communication skills with the ability to interact with guests. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to speak and write English; clear verbal communication skills. Ability to read and understand information presented in writing. Strong general mathematical skills and ability to perform basic arithmetic. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and to bend, stoop, and use hands continually. Successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
