Summary
We have a client looking for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects from turnover through closeout. This role is responsible for driving schedules, managing client communication, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and all quality standards. This is not a passive coordination role. The incumbant will be expected to lead, push, and hold people accountable to keep projects moving.

Responsibilities
-Ensure all information required for fabrication is complete and accurate before release
-Manage billing, including SOV alignment, percent complete, and collections support

-Maintain organized and accurate project documentation in the Innergy ERP system

-Manage and maintain project schedules aligned with all manufacturing timelines

-Communicate directly with GCs, architects, and clients to resolve issues quickly
-Enforce deadlines for approvals, field measurements, and client deliverables
-Manage change orders from identification through approval and billing
-Review staged product for completeness and quality prior to shipment
-Drive submittals, RFIs, and approvals to meet required release dates
-Coordinate with estimating, engineering, production, and field teams
-Own projects from handoff through fabrication, install, and closeout
-Track budgets, costs, and changes; protect project margins

Requirements
-3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, millwork, or a related field
-Strong understanding of construction documents, shop drawings, and specifications
-Strong communication skills with the ability to be direct and assertive when needed
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
-Experience with ERP systems (Innergy or similar preferred)
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
