Requirements & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in IT/Digital roles, with significant experience in a leadership position overseeing digital transformation or AI projects. Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and other emerging digital technologies leveraged in manufacturing or services industries. Scope: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of digital experts, data scientists, and engineers. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy with strong emphasis on AI. Oversee the entire lifecycle of digital and AI projects, from conception to deployment and scaling. Define and track key performance indicators to measure the impact and ROI of initiatives. Drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions to optimize processes, enhance decision-making, and create new revenue streams. This position offers full time permanent employment, with a general salary range between $150k - $200k, position may be eligible for additional incentive compensation.
