Position Overview

We are hiring motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our professional Cleaning Pairs. You will work alongside a consistent partner to deliver exceptional cleaning services in homes and businesses across Orange County.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough residential and commercial cleaning using our proven checklists and systems

• Work efficiently as part of a two-person team to complete 2–4 homes per day (or commercial contracts)

• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism on every job

• Communicate clearly with team partner, management, and clients via our app

• Represent Fresh Living Cleaning Co. with a positive attitude and professional appearance
