A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers. Shift Managers also play an important role in running great restaurants by:Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standardsCommunicating effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare to run a great shift, tooAchieving targets during their shifts and help departments meet their goalsTaking action to monitor safety, security, inventory and profitabilityManaging Crew schedules and encouraging high performance during their shiftProviding exceptional customer service and quality food productionTraining new team members on critical job functionsThe successful candidate will have:At least one year experience as a manager, preferably with restaurant or service backgroundExcellent ReferencesA passion for Customer ServiceAbility to adapt to a changing environment.Additional Info:This job posting contains some information about what it is like to work in a McDonald’s restaurant, but it is not a complete job description.
