We are actively seeking a Crew Leader at Hydroline, a Synergen company, in the Eagle Ford District (Dilley, Texas) that would be responsible for overseeing and leading their shift while on pumping jobs. When on rig up and rig down projects, they will lead a crew and carryout task assigned by supervision. Based on the business and district needs, the duties will fluctuate between pumping jobs and rig up & rig down projects. They will be expected to lead, guide, and mentor employees while executing operational goals. Quality & Safety will be a focal point in all matters. Essential Functions of the position are described below:- When performing rig up & rig down duties, participate in rig up & rig down meetings and ensure full understanding of the plan to then properly communicate to the team
- Oversee traffic control crews, source & location crews, and frac crews
- Constantly communicate with assigned supervision on progress, changes, and needs for executing project plan
- Ensure the compliance of company policies and standards are always followed, ie: pre shift tailgate meetings, JSA’s, equipment inspections, checklist, etc.
- Ensure work is executed to the highest standard while meeting the customers’ expectations and is done safely and compliantly
- Consistently evaluate team members performance and provide necessary feedback for enhancement or improvement
- One year of experience and/or equivalent training preferred in water transfer services
- Current Driver’s License that allows driving a vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 10,001 pounds or greater
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Current safety certifications to include PEC, H2S, Forklift, First Aid/CPR preferred.
- Excellent and clear communication to safely and efficiently complete job tasks with team members.
- Lead by example, teach, motivate, and mentor team members, and execute daily goals
