Roller Inspection TechnicianAdecco Staffing is working with a well-established aerospace manufacturing company in Lebanon, NH to bring on Roller Inspection Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shift. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and an interest in precision quality inspection.Shift:2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AMPay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experienceDuties / Responsibilities:Set up and operate precision inspection gauges including Censor, Squareness, and OORInspect rollers for dimensional accuracy and surface finish to tight tolerancesPerform visual inspections and complete final packaging per company standardsVerify completion of special processing steps such as stability checks, Nital Etch, and MagnafluxPerform in-process audits throughout roller manufacturing operationsMaintain accurate inspection records and follow documentation proceduresAssist with training team members as neededSupport light machine operator duties when requiredFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work areaQualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredPost-secondary or trade education preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailExperience using precision measuring tools and gauges preferredBasic computer skills including Excel, Word, and OutlookAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsCommitment to quality and safety standardsBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
