Application Support Informatica/IICS

Production Support Lead
We are looking for a Production Support Lead to oversee and manage critical applications running on Informatica IICS SQL Oracle Unix and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills experience in incident management and the ability to optimize performance in a high-availability production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Support Leadership: Lead a team of support engineers to ensure 24/7 availability of critical applications
- Incident Problem Management: Oversee incident resolution perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Database ETL Support: Manage SQL queries Oracle databases and Snowflake data pipelines for optimal performance
- Unix/Linux Administration: Troubleshoot job scheduling performance issues and system processes
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize ETL workflows for efficiency
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for business users and technical teams
- Automation Monitoring: Implement automated monitoring solutions to proactively detect and resolve issues
- Documentation Reporting: Maintain detailed records of production issues resolutions and best practices
Required Skills
- Informatica IICS: Strong experience in managing and troubleshooting ETL workflows
- SQL Oracle: Expertise in query optimization and database performance tuning
- Unix/Linux: Hands-on experience with shell scripting and job scheduling tools
- Snowflake: Experience in data warehousing query optimization and performance tuning
- Production Support Leadership: Minimum of 8 years in a 24/7 support environment
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
