Job Description

The Physical Therapist will primarily work in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Candidates with outpatient experience are preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. This role includes a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, and the therapist will see approximately 12-14 patients per day with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients in outpatient orthopedic therapy.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patient recovery.
• Maintain patient records and document care as required.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Open to new graduates.
• Must not be a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
